Air blow-off hose with fingertip control nozzle. Reclamation system with pressure sand blasting machine container, blast pipe with carbide sand blasting nozzle, on/off blast control at end of blast hose near to nozzle, with manual push-button, or automatic purge control. Dust collector with automatic bag shakers.

Components of Sand Blasting Room

Each application requires the use of various parts of equipment; nevertheless, there are few key components which are there in a typical Sand Blasting Chamber:

• Containment of an enclosure system to avoid abrasive media from evasion

• Commonly used blasting systems is wheel blasting and air blasting

• There is a blast pot present which is a pressurized container packed with blasting abrasive media

• Dust collection system present filters the room air and prevents the particulate matter from evading

• Also, the recycling system is there to collect blasting abrasive media which can be reused. This can be done through an automatic mechanical system installed on the floor of the blast room or can be manually collected into the blast pot

Some additional equipment can also be added for more convenience and advanced usability, such wall mounted units with multiple axes, overhead cranes for maneuvering the workpiece, and sound dampening materials to lower noise levels.
